Jill Bess of Bess Realty, Inc. has merged her business with Fawn Ridge Realty in January, 2009. Jill is now a Broker-Associate with Fawn Ridge and has been a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker for the past ten years. Jill was the Broker/Owner of her own real estate company during that time. She has been a consistent annual multi-million dollar producer and looks forward to adding her experience and dedication to the added benefits provided by this merger.

To remain on the leading edge of important legal, financial and environmental issues, Jill belongs to the Realtor Association of Northwestern Illinois, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is the secretary-treasurer of the Multiple Listing Service for the Realtor Association of Northwestern Illinois.

Jill is a member of the Mt. Carroll Lion's Club, a member of the Mt. Carroll Chamber of Commerce, was past president of the Mt. Carroll Rotary Club, and is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International. She is a member of Crossroads Community Church in Freeport, IL where she is a member of their Leadership Development Team.

Jill was a volunteer with the Salvation Army at Ground Zero in the aftermath of 9/11, and as a result has given many motivational speeches to various civic, school, and church organizations.
